Dee Oteng

Dee Oteng is Executive Assistant to The Collaborative’s CEO. She works at the intersection of vision and execution, enabling the clarity  that leadership needs to build impactful and sustainable organisations. Dee understands the tradeoffs involved in driving impact. She liaises with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration.

Prior to joining The Collaborative, Dee’s experience supporting C-suite leaders spanned diverse sectors, including management consulting, energy, financial services, and philanthropy. Throughout her career, she has empowered high-performing leaders and teams, helping them sharpen their outlook and enhance their delivery.

A keynote speaker and advocate for the Executive Assistant profession, Dee has championed the value of a strategic partnership approach to this role on external stages and at industry events, helping to shape the conversation around what it means to operate at the highest level of executive support.
