Beth Dunlap
Managing Director
Beth Dunlap is The Collaborative’s Managing Director. She leads on strategy, learning, and governance, and oversees the integration of programmatic, operations, and communications functions.
Beth brings expertise in collaborative, learning-oriented strategy and grantmaking, as well as integrated programme and operations leadership. Throughout her career, she has worked with civil society, governments, intergovernmental agencies, and the private sector to advance the rights and voices of marginalised communities.
Most recently, Beth served as Director at the Open Society Foundations, where she was instrumental in stewarding an institutional transformation process across multiple jurisdictions. She led efforts to strengthen, align, and integrate strategy, governance, and operations with programmes around a renewed institutional direction.
Previously, Beth was a Senior Advisor with the U.S. Agency for International Development. She began her career based in Afghanistan and Indonesia with the UN’s International Organization for Migration, managing programmes supporting political transitions and migrant workers.
