Dunn to Advise AI Collaborative

I am so pleased to share that Alix Dunn has agreed to serve as a senior advisor to the AI Collaborative.

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and working with Alix for many years, and her counsel and insights were critical in the development of the Collaborative last year. In addition to her advisory capacity, Alix is also one of the Collaborative’s key partners in our work to amplify underrepresented perspectives, issues, and communities on topics of AI in the media via the New Protagonist Network (https://lnkd.in/ew2yQHD9).

Alix is a person you seek out when the stakes are high. Among her many talents is the ability to cut through complexity with a calm mind and approach, a proactive attitude to problem-solving, and generally being a brilliant thought partner.

Throughout her career, she’s advised numerous global civil society organizations, foundations, and companies on both human rights and technology issues shaping society, as well as the use of technology in their work. In addition to founding Computer Says Maybe and The Engine Room, Alix was a fellow at the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School and the Digital Civil Society Lab at the Stanford Center on Philanthropy and Civil Society.

Thank you so much Alix for our continued collaboration!
